酒莊位於西班牙東北 Baix Penedès 中心的農場周圍，家族世代傳承葡萄園，葡萄園土壤結構大多為高鈣質含量的石灰、粘土和沙子，三者間的完美比例，讓水分通透、排水良好，也讓葡萄藤的根部可以紮的更深。葡萄園年齡介於 40 至 80 歲之間，皆是老藤葡萄園。我們傾向使用年齡較長、產量較低的葡萄園地塊，掌握葡萄最佳成熟時間，透過視覺、嗅覺、味覺等感官控制，使葡萄品種充分發其活力與張力，基於使命感，我們保護土地、瓶裝我們的土地精華，希望世代傳承土地的美好。
Exclusive elaboration of own vineyards, distributed around the farm, in the heart of Baix Penedès.
We have extremely calcareous soils with a frank and open-sand texture, where the bal-ance between lime, clays and sands are present. This causes a great penetration of water where it forces the roots to be deeper and more rooted in the soil.
All our vineyards are old or very old, that is, where the youngest is about 40 years old and the oldest around 80 years old.
The parcels that we select to make our wines come from vineyards with a lot of age and with low yield per ha, that way we get a grape with the maximum expression and concen-tration being the symbol of our identity. We want to preserve and bottle the essence of our lands, on the other hand, we decide the optimum moment of maturity, carrying out visual and organoleptic controls to be able to choose the optimum day to harvest.
Our motto is to respect the environment, take care of the vineyard and pamper the vine. The philosophy with which we are governed is to work the land in the most rational way possible, making us adapt ourselves to the vine as the vineyard asks, in order to get the best yield from the plant and to be able to obtain unique, authentic wines with the maxi-mum expression of the terroir.
We work the vineyards growing a spontaneous vegetation cover, important to keep the soil moisture, make a competition with the vine, regulate the retention of water and create a biodiversity in the life of the vines. Our pruning is minimal, always taking care of the technique so that we cause 1 regularization and control of the yield per hectare so that it is not an excessive or scarce production.
